De Oiled Rice Bran is the by-product of the Solvent extraction process, available in 4 grades,
in powder and pellets.
De oiled Rice Bran is actually derived from the outer layer of rice, which contains many significant nutrients. It is manufactured from bran of the best quality and it's free from impurities. It is economical yet rich in amino acid, methionine, cysteine and Lysine.
After crude oil has been extracted from rice bran, De-Oiled Rice Bran (DORB) is obtained. DORB is widely used in the manufacture of cattle feed, poultry feed, fish feed, as fuel for boilers, and is used for manufacturing sodium silicate, silica gel, insulation bricks etc (using fully burnt white ash of husk).
It has different names in the market like- Rice Bran Meal, Defatted Rice Bran, Rice Bran Residue, Rice Bran Extract, Rice Bran Cake.
